More than 30 years of experience in design, consultancy and sales for IT systems - ticketing, access control and destination management. His track record covers not only events, but also ski & tourist resorts, off-street parking management, congresses and exhibition centres.

Successfully implementing innovative technologies since the end of the 1990s, focusing on user friendliness and customer experience. Emphasis on CRM solutions, management and sales force information Systems, visitor and revenue Management as well as access control and mobile technologies..

Armin Hessenberger

COO eventDATA-services Austria GmbH

Also active in the ITC industry since the end of the 1990's. Starting at the main telco player in Austria, he has gained experience as support and project manager for access control solutions, worked as a consultant for major events and sports venues abroad and also has focused on RFID and mobile technology.

But also our staff in Sales, Development and Administration have a long track record in CRM, Ticketing and Access Control. With our team of freelance support specialists we also make sure that local event support can be delivered by native speakers almost everywhere on the globe.
